It could carry less than 500kg per layer,The general ways of transportion from 2rd to 3rd floors are:manual table,hoisting machine,conveying belt,and forklift truck,etc.

Challenge:
Client purchased a warehouse in Shanghai City, China and they needed more square footage.
Solution:
Instead of spending money on more space, HOT presented a design to double their current space by providing a two level storage system.
HOT completed the entire project including providing materials, delivery, pallet rack installation and after sales service.
Concept:
HOT provided design concept drawings with a two level pallet rack shelving system. To reduce the client budget, materials utilized were a combination of raking uprights with shelving beams. The pallet rack system was two levels with a staircase going to second level. The storage system included a mezzanine on the second floor and a catwalk in between each aisle.
